Coastal Club Compensation
Why join a business venture if you don't understand how you are getting paid?
With Coastal Vacations Club, it is simple! You don't earn percentages off of what other people do! Allow me to explain:
The advantages to the compensation structure for Coastal Travel starts first with the fact that once you are a member, meaning purchase your own package which the board of directors requires to market them. You don't buy and resell them. You are paid first. To give you an example, Understanding that your profit level is as follows.
Basic cost $1295 your profit $1,000
Premier cost $3995 your profit $3,200
Platinum cost $11,000 your profit $9,705 (you can only market the level you own and below)
The other primary way that income is earned is through training sales. If you are familiar with real estate, in most places a realtor has to practice underneath a broker for x amount of time and continually pass up 50% of his/her profit. That is too ensure the realtor is trained and maintains the ethics of the association.
In Coastal you pass up only 2 sales at your level of entry and each level you upgrade too. If you come in at Basic you would owe 2 training sales at Basic then purchase the upgrade for Premier and make two trainings sales at Premier and then purchase the upgrade to Platinum and make 2 training sales at Platinum. For a total of 6 training sales, by coming in at a higher position you by pass those training sales at the lower positions because you only owe training sales at your level of entry and above.
To understand the power of training sales lets use Platinum as an example because everyone's desire is to become a Released Director meaning qualified at Platinum, meaning completed two training sales at that level to be able to start collecting $9,705 dollar profits.
You are here at Platinum and you've been building a team at Premier and Basic making profits. Once you've made your two training sales at Platinum which will go to your director which is who invited you into this interview process. You will then be able to profit $9,705 dollars. So let's assume Adam is your first profit sale at Platinum. You make $9,705.
-Adam will be building his business and may be making profits at Basic and Premier.
When he makes his first two training sales lets say Becky and Chris. That profit will go to you so that's 2 x $9,705 which equals $19,400 dollars.
Adam becomes a released Platinum director just like you. That will leave you with Becky and Chris who will now owe you two training sales each. For simplicity sake we will call Becky's A and B and Chris's C and D. Those four training sales will be 4 x $9,705 and that will equal $38,820. Becky and Chris will be released and those four will bring you 8 and that would be 8 x $9,705 which equals $77,640. That will continue on down the line continually. So you can see the difference and advantages of coming in at the highest position you can. If you just say seven people at Basic that's only $7,000 dollars, 7 at Premier would be $22,400 and of course 7 at Platinum would be $67,935.
